THESE ENGINES ARE REMANUFACTURED WITH NEW MAIN BEARINGS, ROD BEARINGS, THRUST BEARINGS, LINERS, PISTONS, RINGS, WRIST PIN BUSHING, CIR CLIPS, SEALS AND GASKET THERMOSTAT, NEW INJECTORS, NEW OIL PUMP, NEW HEAD BOLTS, NEW ROD BOLTS, NEW BALANCER BUSHINGS. Blocks, Crankshaft, Camshaft, Head, Balancers are all inspected for cracks and vacuum tested or inspected and verified to be in OEM spec before engine building process starts. Injection Pumps are remanufactured in Our injection shop and set to OEM Specs. Water pumps are replaced with new or remanufactured. ALL items' castings and blocks are washed in Ultrasonic Cleaning System. All Engines are Tested to meet or exceed OEM Specs.  Engine warranty and additional paperwork will be provided when engine is purchased. Engine has a 1 yr (unlimited hours) warranty from date of invoice.  There is a 3000.00-dollar refundable core charge in addition to the selling price that will need paid for before shipment of engine. When the core is received it will be graded against the core charge. The core needs to be machine-able for full core credit. Any components not needed to install new (remanufactured) engine must be returned with the core engine. There are some parts that are needed to be reused from the old (core) engine on Remanufactured engine such as: Starter, Alternator, Sending Units, Fan, Fan Belt, Manifolds, Pulleys, and Flywheel Housing. Gaskets are sent with the new (remanufactured) engine, and the rear seal will be included if it's needed to change the bell housing.
